THE INCINERATOR SERIES
I wrote this program just over a year ago, and have run dozens of women through it. The resounding consensus; IT WORKS. Women have lost fat, increased lean mass, and seen some awesome strength gains in the gym, and in their everyday lives.
The series in total is 16-weeks, with the first phase being available now. You will receive the next 3 phases as soon as they become available.
This first 4-weeks of this program (Phase 1) is focused on three things;
Increase your cardiovascular capacity.
Master moving your bodyweight and the foundational movement patterns.
Establish the first 4 of my foundational nutrition habits.
These workouts are designed to get your heart rate up, to create a scorching environment for fat loss, while also increasing strength.
